What is ePCMS ?
ePCMS is the Electronic Procurement and Contract Management system that is utilized for all procuremnt of goods/services in INPEX Indonesia which are conducted in the area of Republic of Indonesia and comply with PEDOMAN TATA KERJA No: PTK-007/skkma0000/2017/s0 and Tender Implementing Guidelines No. EDR-0167/SKKMH0000/2017/S7 with subsequent amendments ("PTK 007"), rules, regulations, and provisions of government in Indonesia.

There are several reasons, automation, auditable, accelerated, secured and integrated business process are the five main keys.
What are the key features of ePCMS system ?
ePCMS has Procurement System module which consists of end-to-end Procurement modules such as Procurement Planning, Purchase Requisition, Prequalification, Tender process, and Reporting system, as well as Contract Management modules such as Contract Repository and Contract Change Workflow.
Who are the users of ePCMS ?
The range of users for ePCMS spans from top management to operational staffs as well as external vendors in accordance to their respective roles.
How do I use ePCMS ?
